Socio-economic Development Strategy

Phan Rang – Thap Cham city has the potential to create a unique value for itself: to become a “0” net-emission urban model, thanks to the potential of renewable energy in Ninh Thuan. This is an ambitious goal that can at the same time bring PRTC people’s lives to prosperity, maintain a good living environment, and lead the economic sectors of Ninh Thuan province. This goal requires the cooperation of four sectors of government, society, business and academia. Three strategic tasks are to create trust for people and businesses to participate in the strategy, thereby attracting investment, attracting tourists for economic development.
